I wasn’t at first – I’m not the biggest Jennifer Lawrence fan – but I was reading the synopsis and it reminded me so much of Black Widow, that I figured, since we’re not getting a BW stand alone film any time soon, it would be a good substitute.

    1. Emma says:

Got to admit, I’m a little nervous too. I loved the reboot games, I loved the originals, and actually, I really enjoyed the Angelina Jolie movies, much to some people’s disdain I expect. I really hope this one does Lara Croft proud.

      1. I also liked the Jolie movies! It may not be the most accurate in some eyes, but it’s still a fun film to watch

Definitely check a few out that you haven’t seen trailers for yet – I’m sure you’ll be as obsessed as I am. There’s another post on the blog somewhere with a few trailers that might help.
